2013 Ford Expedition. Where is the sync module located?

Disconnect the center console, and prop it up if you don't want to remove the shifter. Some use the seats belts or you can use bungie cords to do so. Then you can reach under the console to unbolted the Sync module. Make sure when replacing you replace with the same module, you will need the serial numbers off the old one.

Does it need to be flashed? How can I do This?

My touch screen does not work. Can it be replaced?
