i have a 98 dodge caravan sport. While driving, the dash lights would flicker and die. Then it wont take a jump start. Ive changed the battery and alternater but the problems still continues. Help!!!!

You seem to have a short, and what you are describing it's going to be hard to find. You can try putting a meter on your battery and take a reading of the volts and have someone remove one fuse at a time and you should see a jump in volts...
