tires problem

Asked by Nov 28, 2016 at 10:28 AM about the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i bought new front tires for my Hyundai Veloster 2013,
after they balance, alignment
, the car pulls a little to the LEFT , i took it back , they told me that 's the way
Hyundai makes !! they said the front tires: one is in front a little of another ,
so it will always be pulled to left or right side a little , it's normal , and it
won't RUIN my tires .
I don't know that's truth or not , please help !
Thanks

I would get the alignment rechecked. It's shouldn't pull to the left, drift maybe, but most roads are set with crowns in the middle for the vehicles to drift to the right and not into incoming traffic.

Thank you ! But is that the way Hyundai makes their car ? front tires are not even ? they told me one should be a little in the front of the other ???

That sounds like complete BS. I would take it to another shop.
