how do i check my fuel lines in my 1999 dodge neon rt.

just replaced the water pump and now car wont turn over. It's trying but seems like its not
getting enough fuel.

get a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up at the fuel rail, there is a connection there with a schrader valve. should read 49 psi. if you're not getting enough fuel pressure check the regulator/filter on the pump.
