1999 dodge intrepid overheating and leaking oil

driving on the freeway and my car
started to overheat which is usually
do to coolant but this time when I
pulled over there was spots if oil
behind the car and dripping from
under! Check the oil and there was
none on the stick what can I do to fix
it?

You have to get under the car to inspect. Have a mechanic put it up on his lift and first check your oil filter, it might might have come loose. Then look at the oil pan gasket and other gaskets like rear main, lower intake, valve covers, etc. Don't drive the car without oil in it!
