Hello, If it is a recall, then a dealership will take care of this for you free of charge. I would call a Dodge dealership and ask them about making an appointment to have your vehicle checked out. I just brought a 1997 Volvo to a dealership mechanic for the first time since about 1999 (I prefer private mechanics). They replaced three recalled parts free of charge for labor or parts. Not bad. Best of luck! CarGrrl
