99 durango. will turn over but kills when you let off the gas, have replaced crank
sensor, put new foil on it, a couple of sensors, no codes are coming up

Clean or replace the Intake Air Control valve, aka IAC. It let's an engine breathe when you let up off the gas (ie the throttle plate is closed).
