right power window window wont roll up and the switch doesnt work on either side

It is probably due to a failed window motor or regulator. Diagnoses will be required to determine which is at fault.

The window like anything else after prolonged use the motor for the automatic window goes out. The panel is takes off the door and the little part is replaced it is not expensive and usually occurs on the drivers side because this window gets the most wear. It takes a really long time and has only happened t me once in the years I have owned my truck.
