You mean as in engine timing or your clock?

Find out if it's an interference engine. If so, scrap it. If not, reset the valve timing and replace the timing chain and sprockets or the timing belt, whichever you have. This is a big job so you're looking at big bucks! Sorry!! HTH. -Jim
