2000 dodge neon engine holding back

i have a 2000 neon that when your pulling out up through mid throttle then when it reaches high rpm it comes in like a powerband in a dirtbike

The 2.0L has a rev-limiter of 6800rpm.... If you're that high in the rpm band, this may be your problem... Your question was a little bit difficult to understand, I apologize if I didn't answer it.

it runs good wide open just under that it bogs and holds back someone said the pcv could be bad and coating the map with oil going to try that tomorrow what do you think thanks jerry
