malfunction and explode

Was that tire a lot smaller or larger than the others? If so then yes it can cause serious damage, there is a warning in the owners manual about this. All the tires must be within 3 to 4/32 of each other.

The dealership said it was a balled tire but the air gauges measure all the same air pressure! !

That's not covered under power transmission warranty??

If it was caused by an outside force then I doubt it, it has to be an internal part failure to qualify. Tire diameter is very critical on a AWD vehicle, I found that out on my old Ford Exploder AWD.

Okay, I'm still in contact with GM costumer care will trying my best!! Secondly should I do the dealership repair or otherwise some else like ammco ?

That all depends on how muck your going to have to pay out of pocket. Dealerships are always higher.

Thank you for your answers and advice! !

My transfer case replacement is covered under my Powertrain warrenty
