I have a 2000 Dodge Durango and the radiator
thermostat and water pump has been replaced but
it is still overheating about 10 minutes into the
drive what is causing that
Do a good cooling system flush the cooling ports in the engine block maybe clogged. Prestone Super Flush is really good. Also is the A.C condenser coil in front of the radiator ? If so spray condenser coil fins with a garden hose and nozzle if clogged with dirt and bugs can cause air restriction to radiator.
A.C condenser coil being clogged is a possibility but not common its more likely a popped head gasket since it overheated once. don't forget to check your electric cooling fan to make sure it functions. For the longest time i didn't even realized there was an electric cooling fan hiding under the plastic shroud.
