My 2000 dodge Durango has started stalling, high battery voltage ,cutting off ..driving bad ..I just replaced wires ,plugs ,distributor, rotter button..any suggestions

Get it tuned, you might have a vacuum leak, especially PCV valve/elbow. Check for codes, too. Most auto parts stores will scan for OBD codes for free.
