Flashes? Is it a rapid flashing? Check and see if both the front and rear bulbs are flashing. If one bulb is burned out, the other will blink rapidly. I hope that is what you were asking. Is the replacement made for your vehicle? Is it an aftermarket item? If so exchange it if all bulbs are working, and see if it works as it should with a replacement.
