turbo when I start the car white smoke
comes out of it even when car stays on
Lots of very very white smoke coming
out none stop ....and oil coming out of

If the turbo seals have failed then oil will get into the exhaust system, with oil that heavy you may have already ruined the catalyst and O2 sensors. If your handy you can remove the turbo intake and see if oil is standing in the vane housing, if no oil there then remove the exhaust system side and see if oil is standing in there, if there is oil then the turbo needs overhauled. if no oil in the turbo then pull the spark plugs and look at them, with that much oil you shouldn't have any problem finding the cylinders that are pumping oil.
