Power latching. I figured it out though. At first I thought it may have been the main operating motor. It was a bit low on fluid so I filled it. It was actually corrosion around the joints that pivot the arms, that move the latches back and forth. I sprayed them down with PB Blaster and worked them back and forth for a while. Eventually they started working again. Thankfully before the rain the next following day. Hope this helps anyone else that is having this issue.

Also, off the subject, to anyone driving a 2011-14 model of this car! If you are having starting problems due to crankshaft or camshaft sensors, DO NOT buy a replacement sensor from AutoZone or O'Reillys. They will all continue to burn out. I went through 5 sensors between these places and none of them lasted after the first start of the car! I bought one from Napa Auto Parts and IT has been operating fine since November with no problems. I bought a back up sensor just in case from the dealership. So if possible go straight to a dealership for an "actually" Mopar part.
