I have a 1989 Grand Marquis. All my windows stopped working. The fuse is fine but I can not find any info as to the actual location of the relay/circuit breaker.Any help would be appreciated.

Haynes repair manual

I went through my Haynes, it is does not tell you the location of it.

I would think it came UNPLUGGED or loose from being open and closed so many times. Use manual to get the door panel off. Is easy. Let me know what you find..

FYI...The relay is located behind the passenger kick panel...Apparently some moisture got in there and created a short.

Fix it?
