Car won't start

Asked by GuruCVK65 Feb 13, 2019 at 12:13 AM about the 2013 Volkswagen CC 2.0T Sport FWD with Lighting Package

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2013 VW CC gave me a little trouble
starting and even had to get a jump once,
then a couple days later my car just wouldn't
start. A mechanic wants to charge $100 just
to look at it and I can't afford that. Any
suggestions? I've seen a few similar
problems on here concening possible bent
valves due to timing chain, I really don't think
that is it.  Also seen possuble fuse for same
situation. I have to press brake to start and its
tight and won't even press down. Thank you
for any help and guidance

Couldn't find a way to add this, but my headkights do come on but window won't roll up now. It rolled it down a little then wouldn't go back up
