your ac is in with the heat if ac is not workine have low pressure switch checked.you can also cross over l.p.switch,if not familar do not try.also have ac system checked for it,s pressure should be around 40 to 45 psi.your local gaeage can do this all in about 10 minutes.certifed in ac work.

thanks mark i just got the van and it didn't have a oners manuel so i didn't know what button on the dash to or switch to push i still don't know how.
