I have a 2013 hyundai sonata with a stock radio, if i put Alpine speakers in the car will the radio sound better

The sound quality may be better with aftermarket speakers, but I wouldn't expect a major performance increase with keeping the stock head unit. Where you will notice a difference is if you go with a 2 or 3 way speaker. This will separate the lows, mids, and highs for better sound quality.
