What does engine code EO500 stand for? My mechanics computer system is down.

Don't know about "E" but P0500 is Vehicle speed sensor

I'm thinking it might be P0500 instead of E. Mph won't go any higher than 35 and the rpm is at a 4. I heard Input and Output speed sensors. Is that correct?
