FYI, I found the ECU of my 2001 stratus, 3.0L, under the passenger seat and could not believe it, but there it was!

Wow exclamation point I just found mine up under my passenger seat to it is it flat and black? and what was the reason why you had to look at it or change yours was it because of the check engine light not turning off?
