2013 CX5 power button
If you're talking about the key in the instrument cluster or the start button, it indicates that the fob has a battery that's too low to register with the car.
Thanks. I'm assuming I can replace the battery in the fob. Do I need to reprogram it or anything and if so, how
In my wife's 2016 CX-5, when the dash indicates the fob battery is low, I just replace it and there's nothing else to do. I believe, if you wait too long and use the fob when the battery is too low, the car might think you're trying to break in and it might initiate the anti-theft, or it might delete the code and you'll have to reprogram it. for your 2013, I'd ask a Mazda dealer; they're helpful when they believe they might get you for a customer.
