First make sure the battery terminal connections are clean and tight. Is the battery light on ?

Check to see how much voltage it is putting out. Usually 12.4 volts should be minimum. I would check all your fuses to make sure any ignition or pcm fuses are bad.

The battery light usually comes on if the alternator was not charging next have battery tested for charge . Can you jump vehicle and get it started? If so and the battery light is not on I would say you have a bad battery but best to still to get the alternator tested to make sure it is changing correctly.

Load test the battery. It could very well be dead. Batteries supplied with new cars are only rated for 3 years. If your Dodge is an early '13 the battery could be over 3 years old already. HTH. - Jim
