2001 Dodge caravan's problem

Okay,it's starts like this.My car starts up most of the time on the first try but
there is time that it takes couple clicks to to start.Now that's the first part.After
it starts,sometimes my digital speedometer along with the other gauges would
come on and sometimes stays and sometimes it's flickers.When it decides to
stay on,until I use the blinkers and it goes off.And is there another fuse box
other then the one under the hood,because I looked all over but couldn't find
it.Could you tell me why my gauges goes off when I use the blinkers,but it
comes back on when the blinkers is off.But last couple days,it doesn't comes
on.
