Recently the blinkers have decided to work sometimes, not work sometimes, Hazard as well, Where to start to duagnoe

I'm going to suggest that it's a bad ground, either corrosion at the black terminal, or cable to frame/chassis also the uninterruptable steady ground for flashers and pre-sets, short of studying your schematic, would suggest under voltages if tested with a multi-meter~
