My 2002 Dodge Neon overheating I added
water to it try to start it but it said fuse what
does that mean ?

The cooling fan fuse might need replacing.

Would that stop it from starting ?

No, check all your fuses to find the bad one.

I can't get to it right now my girlfriend was on her way home from work and got stuck on side of the freeway

Are the fuses for a 2002 and 2004 Dodge Neon the same ?
