Brake pads

My front brakes just started grinding today taking it in in
the morning should I be fine for just getting new brake
pads or will need new rotors?

If they grind even a little bit you should replace the rotors, they may tell you that they can turn them but the problem with turning is that the rotors today are so thin that turning makes them warp really fast and you wind up having to back in and replace them anyway. So if the brakes have indeed ground into the rotors save yourself some labor time and money now and just replace the pads and rotors.
