Can anyone give me advice on weather I should buy a ford mustang convertible 2013 over 100k miles.
I just found a Ford mustang 2013 convertible premium for only $12500. But the
only problem is it is driven about 110k miles. Should I buy it or not. Is 110k miles
a lot? At the same time the car is only 2013.
For the model year it is a lot, $15K is the avg. per year I personally wouldn't, I like to buy a vehicle under 100K and keep it for another 10 years, putting on about 10K miles per year. If it checks out by your mechanic and you like it, just have some extra money put aside for things that might need replacing, such as suspension components, etc. Do you plan on keeping it for many years? How many miles do you drive a year? If it is low, then it might make sense.
I drive about 10K miles per year. But as this car is driven a lot it has a good price. And don't you think as it's driven a lot in only 2 years, most of it would be on freeways?
Secondly the car is covered by Fords Extended Warranty uptill 132923 miles. Is that beneficial, or I should consider a 2011 or 2012 with lower milage?
And I am planning to keep the car for about maximum 2 years. Then I'll be moving out of state. Do you think it will have a good resale value?
so your car will have 130K miles on it , and 5 years old. calculated out, 26K avg. per year. I will say it will not have a good resale value. It's only a V6, most buyers of Mustangs want the 5.0L's
