Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Im attempting to trace an issue thats causing me to have
no power to ignition. Looking at the under hood fuse box,
does anyone know what the #38 fuse/relay is? I just
replaced the battery and still have no power to ignition. Any
suggestions?

On my 2001 F-150, if it won't start, I have to move (jiggle) the handle of my gear selector back and forth 2-3 times while in PARK. Then it will start. It has something to do with the selector not lining up right in the column. It's a common issue with the 10th Gen Ford trucks. You have a 12 Gen but it still may be the same issue. Try this before pulling fuses. Also...have you tried jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver?

The truck has no power at all. No dash lights, no ding for the open door, no blinkers, but hazards work, headlights work, and keyless entry works. No i have not attempted to jump solenoid. Do u mean the starter solenoid?
