Does anyone have a problems with their F150 stop running after warming up for 15 minutes?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2012 F150 4x4 that will stop running after about 15 minutes and it wont start again. It is now at the dealership for the second time for this problem. They told me the first time that it was there that it was probably the key not transmitting information to the computer so they reformatted the key. And then it happened again this morning so we had it towed back out to the dealership. Getting pretty frustrated..

Ask them if it set any codes and post them here.

I suspect the IAT sensor...as this goodie measures the density of the air comin' thru the intake plenum...and will cause the computer to issue a rich condition...if the filament is broken (you can check for this) will send a signal of INFINITY rather then a value~ http://www.1aauto.com/1A/air-intake-temperature-sensor/Ford/F150- Truck/1ATSU00012/674790-2012? utm_campaign=gb_csv_br&utm_content=TSU&gclid=CJSI9O2LsbwCFa4 -Mgodz24ASA
