My son and I are doing a engine swap. We are trying to put a4.7 from 04 1500 into an 02. Dakota. We are worried about fuel pressure, and transmission figment. Any suggestions, or info would be a big help

Man are you in for it, an OBD2 Ford is not even compatable with an OBD2 Chrysler product and making it fit with the tranny just is not going to happen. You would be better off putting the entire Ford running gear in the Dakota with all of the wiring harness needed to run the computer control systems as well as the electronic transmission from the Ford.
