Water pooling in Driver Floor Well - Gas Lever Cavity

2012 Suzuki SX4 Hatchback.   Purchased August 2012 Brand New from Dealer.  
Currently 5000km.    Water has been pooling on the driver side floor well - collecting in
the gas lever cavity.    (In rain and sunny weather.) Taken back to the dealer 2x -
have been advised that they do not know what the cause is and 'not to worry as it is
under warranty...'  Water is now pooling again - will be returning to dealer tomorrow.
Any advice would be appreciated!    Thanks.
