Replaced the battery for a brand new one, now my Buick Regal 2012 won't start and a annoying sound started once i made all the connections. Now not even the lights on the dash turn on!

What was the annoying sound? Check the battery cables, did you put them on the right terminals? Positive/Negative.

Tom, I did check that, the cables should be on the right place.. The fuse box sitting right next to the battery started a clicking noise when i connected the battery and seems like no power goes to the car at all since it doesn't even start..
