2003 Dodge Stratus bright lights work but headlights don't.

Asked by Sep 06, 2013 at 08:57 PM about the 2003 Dodge Stratus SXT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Daughter says parts store says not a fuse problem. Is this a wiring problem, an issue with the light switch. Could the stock wiring have been modified or "bypassed"?
