both sliding doors of my honda odyssey 2005 exl not working

Both sliding doors of my 2005 honda odyssey exl cannot be opened either
manually or electronically. I have tried all the recommendations that other
owners have tried and claim work for them. None of the recommendations
have worked for me. What can I do?
