Transponder key

I have a 2003 and 2004 Dodge Neon. I
got the transponders keys mixed up
and now the 2003 is locked up...luckily
the window was down. How do I get the
anti theft system to disengage?

Did you try the correct key? I would disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect and try again.
