Sheared off timing belt, possible valve damage.

So would I just have to replace the valves

The best way to find out is retime the cam and crank, install a new timing belt, and see if you have compression.

What if I dont

Then the only other option is too remove the spark plugs and get a bore scope and look inside each cylinder for valve damage.

Or you could sell it as is where is if you have the title.
