Would a 1999 or a 2000 dodge neon automatic transmission be compatible with a 03 automatic?

hi you have a 41TE trany (4 speed) and the 1999 and 2000 have a 31TE (3speed) so you have to find a four speed trany to go back in ...2001 is the first year for the 4 speed so if you can find one from 2001 and newer you should be good also see if you can find one with the same engine.... the 2.4 turbo may have a different final drive gear ratio and may have more clutches ..which really may not matter at all
