2003 Dodge neon se

Have a question really need help!! My car
overheats about 30 min of driving it replaced
the thermostat and the coolant reservoir.  
There is no radiator leakage or any leakage .
what to know what the problem can be is it
the radiator or was told might be water
pump but not sure please help!
