I have a 2003 Dodge neon. Engine cranks over but doesn't start.

She was driving and the car died and wouldn't start back up. She has already had the crankshaft sensor replaced

Is the CEL on? CEL=Check Engine Light

Can you see in the oil filler cap to make sure there is movement when cranking the engine? This is just to verify the timing belt didn't break. It happens.
