how do i replace the dimmer switch on my 2003 dodge neon se that is on my stering wheel column?

its fairly straight foreward, remove the plastic steering column surround, there are screws holding it together running in from the bottom. Once that is removed there are 2 torx bit screws you will need to remove. once they are out the whole multifunction switch can be pulled out. disconnect both plugs from the back of the unit. Be sure to check the plugs for melting as its a common problem on these neons.
