My Dodge Intrepid needs a jump and then cut off 15 minutes later what's wrong with it

Have your charging system load checked at Advanced Auto or autozone.

Because it sounds like you are running off of battery juice, and the alternator is not charging. So like joemom says to have the charging system checked.
