do chrysler minivan swivel and go second row seats fit second row routan?

They will not fit, but if you want you can get them in there, but you will need to remount the brackets on the seats to the floor of the van, if you do watch where you drill the holes...

From personal experience the swivel and go seats fit perfectly into the Routan. Everything that is needed is already there.
