i cant get one side headlight to go off when the car is off.

the car was wrecker on drivers side and its fixed now the passenger side headlight wont go off when you turn off the car. how do I fix this.

You might consider taking the vehicle back to whomever did the repair work. Sounds like a GROUND wire may have been left disconnected.
