2012 expedition the cigarette lighter does not work

we got the truck in may of this year (2015) AND WE NOTICE THAT THE LIGHTER DOES NOT WORK. we don't smoke but need the lighter for the cell phone charger. Looked at the fuse box but there are nothing mark lighter

Listed in the owners manual as "power point" fuse.
