Where shows the speed..the needle keep
going back and front...cause the ride to
up..it seem like it wanted to go off..and
when I came to a stop that the
speedometer go crazy..and its the only
ride have..

Could be the Automatic Transmission Input, or Output Shaft Speed Sensor.

..them gauges act up, if the van works ok just ignore it for now

There is always a reason. Just ignoring this could lead to other problems with the way the transmission shifts. When letting problems with a vehicle compile, then you have a mess, and a lot more money to fix it up. This is the only vehicle they have and so depend on it. You do not just ignore problems.
