trans in limp mode

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When sitting still engine running put it in gear and it shows 20 MPH on speedometer

1 Answer

The car is in limp mode not the tranny, Something is telling the computer that there is something not right and it is protecting the car. I would take it to a local auto parts store like Auto Zone and have the car read for any faults..
