Clicking In 2003 Dodge Caravan

I shut off my van and when I went to turn it on again, it just clicks when I
turn my ignition.  The van wont start . I tried to plug it into a battery
charger and it started and died again. When i tried to restart it it was
clicking again under the hood? What could it be?

It sounds like your alternator may be dead. The car clicks on start because battery is low charge. When car starts it drains the battery because alternator is not supplying power and car dies.
