I have a 1985 dodge ram 100 with 3.7, won't turn over, replaced the spark box because was not getting power to the dist. now theres no power coming out of the coil to the dist.
Check your ground wires.
Turn engine by hand make sure distributor rotor is turning, replace rotor and cap if there's signs of erosion on contacts, clean battery terminals, clean connectors to coil, check plug wires for errosion or broken insides, make sure distributor is properly stabbed. ( rotor facing # 1 cylinder at tdc # 1 cylinder. ), wires going to the right cylinders, turn lights off and watch for wasted spark.... Good luck
